Exchange Policy

• Exchange can be made up to 14 days from invoice date.
• Unopened items in their original state.
• In its original packaging. 
• With receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, as our shop is not responsible for any damage in the items after delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized orders cannot be returned.
